Store Policies
New Moon Comics, LLC offers the following Returns Policy:
New Moon Comics, LLC will accept returns of all items (except comics and books (including Manga, Novels, TPB and GN)) in their original condition and/or unopened packaging within 7 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
PRE-ORDER Policy: An item that is PRE-ORDERED is paid for at checkout (we are unable to hold a confirmation or delay the charge), you are charged the full amount.
PRE-ORDER Discounts are set at 20% during the Diamond Comic Distributors Previews Catalog Code-Month ordering period (The MPN in the listing is the Diamond Order Code, example: Items from the January 2011 Previews catalog have a JAN11 at the begining of the code) wich ends the 20th of each month. Items ordered during this time are INITIAL ORDERS and are confirmed (unless canceled by Diamond or the manufacturer) for us to receive for you. Items ordered after this period are RE-ORDERS and are not confirmed by Diamond and are subject to allocation and can sometimes arrive up to 2-weeks after the estimated ship date.
PLEASE NOTE: PRE-ORDER items are NOT stocked, these are ordered for you, and only you.
Once an item is PRE-ORDERED, we will place that order for you for that item from our distributor. Once it arrives (estimated shipping month are on each listing description. This is when we will receive the item to ship to you) we will check it over for any damage or defects and then ship the item right out to you without further delay.
If the item is delayed, or arrives to us damaged, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated ship date along the way.
In the event the item is canceled by the manufacturer or our distributor, we will inform you if you wish to receive a full credit (default policy) or apply the funds as a store credit to use for future purchases (if you choose). Only items canceled by the manufacturer or distributor are eligible for full refunds/credits. Items canceled by you will not be refunded. If you still wish a refund, we will apply a 20% (of the retail price, not the pre-order discounted price) restocking fee. PayPal payments are subject to a $1.00 processing fee as PayPal fees are not credited back to us when issuing a full refund.
Return Policy: We will gladly accept returns in the event of an unwanted purchased. Please contact the store within 14-business days of marked shipping date (note: this is the date we ship the item to you, not when the item is ordered or when it is received) prior to shipping the item back. Return refund will be issued once item is inspected. The item must be unopened and still secure in it's original packaging. If the return is due to our error; we will refund 100% of your purchase price once the item is received and inspected. We will send you a STAMPS.COM pre-paid return label to send the item back to us. If you are unable to receive the pre-paid STAMPS.COM pre-paid return label we will be happy to refund your return shipping (based on your shipping method used at checkout. If you elected 'standard shipping' we will only refund the amount for that service. We will not issue a payment that exceeds the shipping to send the item to you. Priority Mail maximum, we will not pay for Express Mail return shipping). If the return is due to you not wanting the item (changed mind), we will refund only the purchase price of the item shipped to you that was returned. Shipping & handling charges are not refunded.
Custom orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All other orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All refunds are subject to a $1.00 processing fee.
